General Policies
ASSIGNED SEATING
Patrons are required to sit in the seat listed on their ticket. This does not apply to General Admission productions.

FOOD AND DRINK are strictly prohibited in the theatre at all times.

LATE SEATING
We ask all patrons to be in their seats at least five minutes before the show starts. Patrons who arrive after the show has started will be seated during transitions in between scenes, songs, or at the discretion of the box office staff. Depending on the logistics of the show and for the safety of the performers, latecomers may or may not be seated.

THEATRE ETIQUETTE
Patrons should refrain from cell phone or smart watch use, intoxication, vocal outbursts and other general disturbances. The JJC Theatre staff reserves the right to remove any patron from the theater for causing such disturbances, as they can be a safety concern to the actors, crew, and others in the audience.

PHOTO POLICY
At no time is photography allowed during the performance. Video and audio recording of theatre performances is strictly prohibited.

CHILDREN
Children appearing to be under the age of 5 will not be permitted to attend JJC Theatre productions. Some productions have recommended age ranges based on content, and this will be listed in the information specific to that event.
Music events are for all ages unless otherwise noted.

BACKSTAGE
The backstage area is for cast and crew ONLY. It is strictly off limits to patrons, including family members and/or friends of the cast and crew. This includes before, during, or after the show. Anyone waiting for a cast or crew
member should remain in the theatre lobby.

POST PRODUCTION
After the production, patrons are asked to exit to the theatre lobby so that the crew may begin cleaning and resetting for the next performance.
